The holiday home A la Ferme du Cosquer, with step-free access, is located in Baden and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. This 87 m² property features a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. IDEAL LOCATION: The sea is just a 5-minute drive away, and the village center is a 5-minute walk. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. The private outdoor area offers a garden (not fenced), a covered terrace with pergola, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. There is ample parking on the farm for at least 4 cars or work vans, trailers, and a small boat. One pet is allowed (please keep your dog on a leash as the garden is not fenced). Smoking is not permitted. In winter, you can warm up by the wood stove (firewood available for an extra fee). We are happy to show you the farm and animals upon request. Farm products are also available for purchase.

FULLY ENCLOSED GARDEN – PERFECT FOR YOUR PETS: The property offers a fully fenced garden where your dog can run safely off-leash. Well-behaved pets are welcome (please keep your dog on a leash in the street). There is also a field opposite the house where your dog can run freely.
