The holiday home A la Ferme du Cosquer with step-free access is located in Baden and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. This 87 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. IDEAL LOCATION: The sea is a 5-minute drive away and the village is just a 5-minute walk. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. The private outdoor area offers a garden (not fenced), a covered terrace with pergola, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. There is ample parking on the farm for at least 4 cars or work vans, trailers, and a small boat. One pet is allowed (please keep your dog on a leash as the garden is not fenced). Smoking is not permitted. In winter, enjoy cozy evenings by the wood stove (firewood available for an extra charge). We are happy to show you the farm and animals on request. Farm products are also available for purchase. ELECTRICITY: A consumption package is included, covering heating in winter and a fan in summer. Only actual usage is charged. If your meter reading at departure is lower than the package, the difference will be refunded.

FULLY FENCED GARDEN – PERFECT FOR PETS: The property offers a fully enclosed garden where your dog can run safely off-leash. Well-behaved pets are welcome (please keep your dog on a leash in the street). You can also let your dog run freely on the field opposite the house. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books. A baby cot and high chair are also available.
