This 87 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. IDEAL LOCATION: The sea is just a 5-minute drive away, and the town center is a 5-minute walk. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area offers a garden (not fenced), a covered terrace with pergola, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. There is ample parking on the farm for at least 4 cars or work vans, trailers, and a small boat. One pet is allowed (please keep your dog on a leash as the garden is not fenced). Smoking is not permitted in this property. In winter, you can warm up by the wood stove (firewood available for an extra fee). We are happy to show you around the farm and introduce you to the animals upon request. Farm products are also available for purchase. TOWELS: A package is applied for the entire stay, calculated according to the number of guests. ELECTRICITY: A consumption package is included, covering heating in winter and a fan in summer. Only actual usage is charged.
